School Psychologist - Renton, Washington

In this full-time position, you will deliver comprehensive psychological services, support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and foster a positive school environment. Working with a dedicated school team, your expertise will help students navigate learning, social, and emotional challenges, making a genuine difference each day.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- State of Washington Psychologist License/Certification or willingness to obtain before the start date
- Experience or strong interest in working within elementary (K-5) school settings
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administrative staff
- Ability to conduct, interpret, and explain psychological assessments and interventions
- Demonstrated skills in supporting diverse student populations and promoting inclusivity
- Recent professional references required; please include them with your application
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments for referred students
- Develop and support implementation of IEPs and behavioral intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and academic needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss progress and recommend strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with school policies
