- Demonstrable school-based experience, including familiarity with multi-campus support
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) on-site, with potential for remote report writing
- Dependable transportation to travel between approximately five campuses in either South or West Houston
- Commitment to complete HISD fingerprinting within the first three days of contract signing
- Strong, clear communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psycho-educational assessments, write detailed reports, and participate actively in team meetings
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to diverse student populations across assigned campuses
- Provide crisis intervention services, counseling, and consultative support to staff and families
- Assist in the development and review of IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain thorough, confidential records and manage timely documentation
