Desired Qualifications:
- Must hold valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in K-12 educational settings is preferred
- Knowledge of special education services, assessment tools, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and write clear, actionable reports
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with school staff to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Participate in meetings related to problem-solving, eligibility determination, and progress monitoring
- Serve as a resource for parents, offering support and guidance on developmental and behavioral challenges
Assignment Details:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Onsite, working with two schools
- Academic year (NSY 26/27) contract
