Elementary High School School Psychologist | Rochester, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field is required
- Valid MN school psychologist licensure must be held
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to equity, inclusion, and positive student outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret test results
- Develop and assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support a positive, safe school climate
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students as appropriate
- Contribute to and facilitate multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Support data-driven decision-making and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
