Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Current Minnesota school psychologist licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in elementary, middle, or high school environments strongly preferred
- Knowledge of psychological assessments, MTSS/RTI, and IEP/504 plan processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with students of diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Interpret evaluation results and provide recommendations to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on IEPs and intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect counseling and consultation services
- Support crisis intervention and collaborate in prevention activities
- Assist with development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions
- Participate in student support team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
