Qualifications:
- Possess valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification)
- Experience working with K-12th grade preferred, with a strong understanding of diverse developmental stages and needs
- Skillful in conducting assessments, collaborating on IEPs, and delivering interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach
- Ability to partner effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students across all grade levels
- Interpret assessment data to help create appropriate educational programs and behavioral supports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services, including counseling, skill-building, and crisis intervention
- Work closely with staff to foster a safe and supportive school environment
- Provide guidance to families on challenges affecting student learning and behavior
