This contract-based position offers a hybrid work model, giving you the opportunity to balance both remote and onsite responsibilities while providing essential testing and evaluation services onsite.
Leverage your expertise to serve a diverse caseload of around 80 students, collaborating with educators, families, and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your skills will help ensure students access the resources and support they need for academic, social, and emotional growth.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification in Georgia required
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting with onsite testing responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments, observations, and in-person testing to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized support strategies and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide written reports as needed
- Offer counseling or consultative services to students and staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per district and state guidelines
