Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current Minnesota school psychologist licensure
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage evaluations, interventions, and counseling across multiple age groups

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret test results to guide educational planning
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Provide direct support, counseling, and intervention to students individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify and address students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide resources to staff and students as needed
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school psychology
