You'll focus on Child Find initiatives, special education evaluations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address students' academic and emotional needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Missouri Department of Education (DOE) School Psychologist certification
- Experience conducting special education assessments and writing eligibility reports
- Commitment to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including district fingerprinting and technology documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse K–12 student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility, averaging 32 cases per year and managing a caseload of 8–10 at a time
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing data-driven recommendations
- Support Child Find activities and intervention processes across campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote students’ academic and emotional growth
- Maintain detailed, confidential student records and documentation in compliance with district policies
