School Psychologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Required Qualifications:
- Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
- Valid Minnesota PELSB-issued School Psychologist license
- Strong dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery
- Proficiency in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
- National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligible
- Background in consultation, problem-solving, and intervention within an MTSS framework
- Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills for supporting adult learners
- Solid knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health supports
- Familiarity with federal and state special education laws and compliance
- Previous experience in multicultural, urban educational settings
