Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field is required
- Current and valid Minnesota (MN) School Psychologist licensure
- Demonstrated experience working in K-12 settings, preferably across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Compassionate communicator comfortable working with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Develop recommendations for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing programs promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and professional development
