Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current Minnesota School Psychologist licensure, or eligibility for state certification
- Experience across diverse grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school—preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, student support, and collaborative teamwork
- Excellent communication abilities with students, caregivers, and staff
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and creating supportive learning spaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop effective support strategies
- Lead and participate in IEP/504 meetings, providing knowledgeable input on interventions and placements
- Offer crisis intervention, problem-solving counseling, and mental health resources
- Advocate for students’ social-emotional needs, helping foster resilience and positive school culture
- Contribute to professional development initiatives, promoting best practices in academic and behavioral support
