School Psychologist - Santa Clara, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential (California PPS or eligibility required).
- Graduate degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Experience in conducting student evaluations, developing BIPs, and participating in eligibility determinations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families.
- Proficiency in report writing and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with IEP team processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments.
- Draft clear, actionable psychoeducational reports.
- Collaborate with staff on eligibility determinations and initial assessments.
- Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding student needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
