Qualifications & Experience
- Valid licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Familiarity with assessments, counseling, and the development of IEPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and parents
- Ability to adapt strategies for nonverbal students
- Dedication to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to a holistic educational experience
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in all practices
