- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to recommend classroom and behavioral supports
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
