Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school-based setting
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills with pediatric populations
- Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS) and familiarity with IEP processes
- Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and advocacy abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address diverse student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on IEPs/504 plans
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective support systems
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with school and district policies
