- Valid certification and credentials as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments for children and adolescents
- Thorough understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and IDEA compliance
- Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students identified through the referral process
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to interpret assessment results and develop appropriate interventions or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students to address academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that improve classroom behavior and academic achievement
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed to students and staff
- Assist in the implementation of progress monitoring systems and data-driven decision making
- Promote a safe and supportive school climate through staff training and school-wide initiatives
