Bring your expertise in school psychology to an impactful contract opportunity in a dynamic K-12 environment near Spartanburg, SC! This full-time, onsite position offers you the chance to collaborate closely with students, educators, and families to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a valued team member, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week in a role focused on conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to support students’ unique needs across all grade levels.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience administering evaluations, psychological testing, and assessments for K-12 students.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments.
- Support IEP meetings, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other education professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Consult with families to provide guidance and resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Contribute to a positive school climate and help foster student well-being.
