As a valued member of the educational team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Complete assessments to determine special education eligibility
- Analyze and interpret testing data, preparing thorough written reports
- Participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, and administrators
- Contribute to behavior intervention planning and student support services
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with required guidelines
Applicants should bring:
- A Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- A current, active Virginia School Psychologist license or credential
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with evaluations, IEPs, and eligibility meetings
- Proficiency in report writing and strong collaboration skills
