School Psychologist - Spring, Texas

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced School Psychologists for the 2026–2027 academic year in the Houston area. This is a full-time, on-site contract role, serving approximately five campuses in either South or West Houston. Hybrid report writing from home may be considered. Assignments start July 30, 2026, and run through May 28, 2027.
Ideal candidates will provide dedicated support to students and staff, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and play an essential role in fostering student success across multiple campuses.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist credential/licensure (license documentation and redacted report required upon application)
- Demonstrated school-based experience
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week)
- Reliable transportation to serve multiple campuses
- On-site presence (hybrid report writing considered for eligible tasks)
- Ability to obtain and complete HISD fingerprinting within the first three days of contract signing
- Previous experience in a similar educational setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and produce comprehensive reports
- Deliver counseling services and interventions to support student well-being
- Collaborate closely with educators and administrators across campuses to inform educational strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district policies and state regulations
