We are seeking two motivated and compassionate School Psychologists for school-based positions supporting students in the Stamford, Connecticut area for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Position Details:
- Number of Positions: 2 (Full-Time)
- Setting: Onsite Only
- Hours: TBD – school hours
- Contract Period: August 2026 – May/June 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
Position 1: Bilingual School Psychologist
- Elementary school caseload
- Primary focus on bilingual psychoeducational evaluations
- Bilingual proficiency required
Position 2: School Psychologist
- Middle school caseload
- Full scope of school psychology services
School-Based School Psychologists may provide:
- Psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Individual and group counseling support
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on eligibility determinations
- Support with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Consultation with teachers and families regarding student needs
- Crisis intervention and behavioral support
- Data collection and progress monitoring
Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
- Bilingual proficiency required for the elementary position
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
This is a W-2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rates are competitive and negotiable.
