Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational and behavioral plans (IEPs and BIPs)
- Provide counseling and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies for student support
- Participate actively in response-to-intervention (RTI) processes and special education eligibility meetings
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards and confidentiality protocols
