Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Valid licensure or certification to practice in schools
- Direct experience working in pediatric and K-12 school environments
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of relevant assessments, interventions, and special education processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral evaluations for students
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans and support strategies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings, providing expert insights
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
