Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification and license in South Carolina
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with special education processes and IEP meetings
- Organized, adaptable, and committed to student-centered practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological evaluations and assessments for students in kindergarten through grade 12
- Interpret assessment results and participate in eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Provide counseling, intervention, and crisis response services as needed
- Contribute insights to IEP meetings and help craft positive educational environments
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines
