- Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Strong knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and IDEA compliance
- Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills with students, staff, and parents
- Familiarity with crisis intervention, behavioral intervention plans, and individual counseling is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations of students
- Interpret assessment data and deliver feedback to educational teams and families
- Develop and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement interventions
- Provide counseling and consultative services to support student mental health and well-being
- Participate in crisis response and prevention initiatives as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
