This full-time, contract position spans the entire 2026/2027 school year and offers two unique openings focusing on School Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) roles. Your expertise will support student success through comprehensive assessments, collaboration, and culturally responsive services.
What we’re seeking:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required) for delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate services
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Therapist
- Demonstrated experience in school-based mental health and psychological/academic assessments
- Strong background working with diverse student populations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
- Ability to work fully onsite throughout the school year (no remote or hybrid options)
- Experience with assessment-heavy caseloads highly valued
What your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Providing consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress, interventions, and educational strategies
- Delivering direct or indirect mental health services, including counseling and crisis intervention
- Developing individualized support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining thorough documentation and records compliant with state and federal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing expertise on eligibility, placement, and appropriate services
