Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology (K-12)
- Master’s Degree in School Psychology (required)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with fellow psychologists and educators across locations in East Aurora, Algonquin, Carpentersville, and Hampshire
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Provide culturally responsive services and support diverse student populations
