Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in providing services to students in Grades K-5, Grades 6-8, and Grades 9-12
- Solid understanding of psychological assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring within a school setting
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators effectively
- Compassion, professionalism, and adaptability when addressing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, or developmental needs
- Develop, recommend, and support evidence-based interventions for individual students and groups
- Collaborate with educational teams to create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer counseling sessions and crisis intervention as needed
- Engage families in the assessment and intervention process
- Maintain clear and timely documentation for all services provided
