This full-time, contract position is based near Tacoma, WA and centers around providing vital psychological services in an elementary school setting (K-5) from August 24, 2026, through December 18, 2026. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State School Psychologist License/Certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start.
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-5 elementary students.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to partner effectively with educators, families, and other professionals.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication.
- References must be readily available for the district's review as part of the selection process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

- Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans.
- Contribute expertise to team meetings, developing strategies for academic and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records aligned with legal and ethical standards.
