This full-time position spans two campuses—an elementary and a high school—serving K-12 students near Talent, OR. In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate in IEPs, and deliver direct therapy and assessment services for students with diverse abilities. Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students succeed emotionally, socially, and academically.
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon School Psychologist license (required)
- Demonstrated experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings
- Strong background in direct therapy, evaluations, and assessments
- In-depth knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability to work across elementary and high school settings
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy/counseling services to students based on individual needs
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments
- Develop, contribute to, and participate in IEP meetings and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies
- Document services, communicate progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult on best practices in mental health and student support within the school community
