Virtual School Psychologist - Louisiana

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services. This role will support students' psychological and educational needs through virtual platforms, delivering assessments, consultations, and interventions remotely.
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Telehealth services)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Provide virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license
- Experience with telehealth delivery of psychological services
- Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration
- Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and technology platforms
