Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations remotely using telehealth technology to assess student cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention through virtual platforms, addressing students’ social-emotional challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with privacy and ethical standards in a telehealth environment.
- Participate in meetings and contribute expert psychological insights to promote positive educational outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth, with proficiency in relevant technological platforms.
- Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health disorders common in school-age populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage virtual casework and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
