A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This role supports students and educators by providing psychological assessments, consultation, and intervention strategies remotely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations via telehealth platforms
- Collaborating with educational staff to develop tailored intervention plans
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services as needed through remote sessions
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to support student learning and behavior goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist or eligibility to obtain licensure in Louisiana
- Demonstrated experience delivering psychological services through telehealth
- Strong knowledge of psychoeducational testing, behavioral interventions, and special education laws
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel remotely
