Make a meaningful impact supporting students in grades 1-8 as a full-time School Psychologist on a contract basis. This engaging role offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with educators and families, helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their school journey.

Your workday will run Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm, providing a consistent schedule ideal for work-life balance. As a School Psychologist, you'll play a key role in the development and implementation of interventions, assessments, and individualized education plans.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid School Psychologist certification or credential required for practice
  • Experience in K-8 school settings highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs of elementary and middle school children
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results
  • Well-versed in collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ academic and psychological needs
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies and behavioral plans for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the creation of effective, data-driven goals
  • Provide counseling and support services for students individually or in groups
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding student learning and behavior concerns
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
