- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and evaluate a range of assessments for students referred for testing
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services
- Provide direct and indirect psychological supports, including individual and group counseling
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that enhance student success
- Assist with crisis interventions and serve as a resource for behavioral management and mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate records, timely documentation, and confidentiality in all matters
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting mental wellness and positive behavior
