School Psychologist in Weatherford, TX

As a valued school psychologist, you will travel between five schools, serving mostly younger children with a select middle school caseload. Your expertise will drive assessment and intervention plans for students who need support with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairment (OHI), including ADHD. Bring your knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and experience in direct service delivery to help these students thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologist
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly valued
- Ability to complete or verify fingerprinting through TEA within required timelines
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Writing detailed reports and making data-driven recommendations
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Providing direct intervention and consultation services
- Supporting the development and monitoring of FBAs/BIPs
