Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (PA School Psych Cert required)
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for case conferences and parent/teacher collaboration
- Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies that contribute to positive student outcomes
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and service recommendations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help design tailored supports for students
- Offer consultation to teachers and administrators regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
- Deliver direct and indirect counseling services to students with identified needs
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective interventions and academic planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
