Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a school psychologist in a dynamic educational environment. Provide your expertise either on site (with flexibility for hybrid) or remotely, depending on your preference and location. What you bring:
- Current Colorado School Psychologist License (issued by CDE)
- Experience in school-based psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Familiarity with conducting evaluations and reevaluations for special education eligibility
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple cases
- Proficiency with remote service delivery platforms (for virtual/VOCO roles)
- Commitment to maintaining clear communication and collaboration with staff and families
- Master’s or Specialist-level graduate degree in School Psychology or closely related field
Your role will include:
- Completing reevaluations for approximately 70 students annually in the remote (VOCO) role across at least two schools
- For in-person or hybrid roles, handling 45 reevaluations each year and offering direct student support services
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guide appropriate educational planning and interventions
- Providing consultation and support to educators and families regarding student learning and social-emotional needs
- Ensuring all documentation is thorough, timely, and compliant with state/district regulations
- Actively participating in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and student-centered problem-solving
This is a contract position offering the stability of a consistent weekly schedule throughout the academic year.
