We are seeking a dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological services to students across Minnesota for the upcoming school year.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in a virtual setting while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results to determine student needs and eligibility for special education services.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and present findings during virtual IEP and eligibility meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop effective intervention strategies.
• Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and student support planning.
• Assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and data-driven recommendations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with Minnesota and federal special education regulations.
• Utilize secure teletherapy and virtual assessment platforms to deliver effective services.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active Minnesota School Psychologist license/certification.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports.
• Previous virtual or telepractice experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to effectively deliver services in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
