Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Michigan or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working in a high school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with a range of psychoeducational assessments and intervention strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage students, staff, and families
- Understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and developing recommendations for student support
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to high school students, including assessment, counseling, and intervention
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members to identify and address student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and write clear, actionable evaluation reports
- Consult with staff and parents to promote student academic and emotional well-being
- Contribute to the implementation of behavioral intervention plans and response to intervention strategies
