What’s required:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
  • Valid State of Michigan School Psychologist credential or eligibility
  • Previous experience working with diverse student populations preferred
  • Strong report writing, consultation, and assessment skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and external agencies
  • Adaptability and commitment to supporting students across different grade levels
  • Experience with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks a plus

Your role will include:

  • Delivering psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results to inform interventions
  • Participating in IEP/504 meetings and eligibility determinations
  • Providing direct and indirect counseling services to students as needed
  • Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators on concerns related to learning, behavior, or mental health
  • Facilitating crisis intervention or behavior management support
  • Contributing to an inclusive, supportive school environment at both assigned building levels
