School Psychologist
Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | 30–32.5 Hours/Week | 4–5 Days/Week
Setting: Middle School | Onsite
Pay: $45–$55/hour
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity supporting students at a middle school in Appleton, Wisconsin.
This role is a great opportunity for a school psychologist who is passionate about supporting adolescent learners through evaluations, consultation, and collaboration with school teams to promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
Position Overview
The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services within a middle school setting. The selected provider will work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and ensure appropriate special education services.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Complete evaluation reports and required documentation
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and student support meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Support intervention planning and student success strategies
Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Valid School Psychologist license/credential required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting middle school-aged students preferred
Strong knowledge of special education processes, evaluations, and IEP procedures
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
