You'll make a direct impact in a high school assignment or as part of a specialized evaluation team serving younger students within a dynamic district.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Colorado Department of Education Special Service License with School Psychologist (Ages 0-21) endorsement
- Preferably experience in special education, particularly supporting students with Affective and Significant Support Needs
- Ability to complete district credentialing and documentation prior to starting
- Bilingual abilities or Early Childhood Special Education credentials a plus for district-level Child Find evaluation teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services and psychological support—directly impacting students’ IEPs
- Serve as a high school psychologist or social worker, supporting individual campus communities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations (including Child Find evaluations) at elementary and district level as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design effective interventions tailored to each student
- Work exclusively on-site, ensuring consistent engagement with students, staff, and families
