We are seeking dedicated School Psychologists for full-time, on-site contract assignments supporting high school and elementary populations in the Arvada, CO area. Several opportunities are available, including roles within high school campuses, district-level evaluation teams, and bilingual evaluation teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Current Colorado Department of Education Special Service License (SSL) with School Psychologist (Ages 0-21) Endorsement
- Previous experience working within Special Education environments is highly preferred
- Ability to provide support to students with varying needs, including mild to moderate, Affective Needs, and Significant Support Needs
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially for roles involving district-wide Child Find evaluations
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing and district onboarding documentation prior to starting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological and mental health services to high school students or conduct Child Find evaluations for early learners, depending on assignment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs for students receiving mental health services
- Participate actively as a member of evaluation teams, both at the campus and district levels
- Engage in direct student assessment, evidence-based interventions, and facilitate family communication regarding services and outcomes
- Provide culturally and linguistically responsive services in bilingual settings, if qualified
Assignments are exclusively in-person, with no remote or hybrid work options, and typically involve supporting one school per assignment for up to 37.5 hours per week.
