Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service License (SSL) with School Psychologist endorsement (Ages 0-21)
- Experience working in Special Education settings highly preferred
- Capable of serving diverse student populations, including those requiring mental health support within IEPs
- Bilingual abilities desirable for district-level evaluation roles
- Must complete required district contractor paperwork prior to assignment start
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health and psychological services to high school students, including those with affective and significant support needs
- Serve on evaluation teams at elementary or district level, conducting Child Find assessments to identify needs and determine eligibility for services
- Address caseloads and service minutes in alignment with individual school requirements
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate services and support student success
- Travel between evaluation sites may be required for certain roles
