School Psychologist - Aurora, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement in Illinois
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
- Ability to work well on a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices and fostering inclusive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and programming decisions
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans for students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance for individualized education plans
- Support social-emotional learning initiatives and positive behavioral interventions
- Consult on classroom strategies and lead trainings as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/federal guidelines
