Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
- Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to assess students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Interpret testing data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to recommend strategies and interventions
- Provide counseling and support services to students, individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings to support students’ academic and social-emotional success
- Offer crisis intervention and contribute to the design of positive behavioral supports
