Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid state licensure or ability to obtain certification as a School Psychologist
  • Solid understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education processes
  • Experience in administering psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for educational planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize caseload priorities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Participate in problem-solving meetings, support the development of intervention strategies, and consult with staff on best practices
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with local and federal regulations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in school psychology
