Remote School Psychologist Opportunity
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role will be supporting a district in Montana, and focuses on delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations through virtual platforms to support student well-being and educational success.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments remotely.
Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.
Providing crisis intervention and counseling services as needed via telehealth.
Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to confidentiality standards within a virtual environment.
Staying current with best practices and compliance requirements in school psychology and telehealth delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure appropriate for the state of Montana
Experience conducting assessments and providing services through telehealth platforms.
Strong knowledge of educational laws, special education regulations, and psychological practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, families, and school personnel remotely.
Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks within a contract framework.
Proficiency with digital tools and technology necessary for telehealth service delivery.
