Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to inform intervention plans and educational decisions
- Collaborate with team members by attending IEP meetings and contributing your expertise
- Coordinate and develop individualized interventions tailored to diverse student needs
- Potentially serve students across up to four different schools, bringing variety to your workday
- Option to provide direct counseling services, further supporting student well-being (a plus, but not required)
- Engage with educators and families to ensure effective communication and holistic support for students
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology (required)
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting evaluations and participating in IEP teams within school settings
- Strong understanding of intervention strategies, with a collaborative and flexible approach
- Effective communicator, comfortable working across multiple campuses and grade levels
- Counseling skills are welcomed but not mandatory
- Willingness to address Pre-K needs is appreciated, but not a strict requirement
