Responsibilities:
- Serve as the School Psychologist for a middle school building (grades 6-8)
- Maintain a regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am–3:15pm
- Focus on indirect services only—no direct (face-to-face) counseling minutes required
- Support staff and students with assessments, consultation, and problem-solving initiatives
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help drive student success strategies
- Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and school leadership
Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist licensure in Illinois (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a K–12 (particularly middle school) environment is preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, data interpretation, and collaborative practice
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse teams and student populations
